Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain English, what information 5 Talents Wealth, Inc. ("5 Talents", "we", "us") collects through 5talents.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version is simple: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and deliver our services, and we do not sell your personal information.

This policy covers 5talents.ai, abelpacheco.ai, 5talentsbooks.com and 5tcre.com. The Open Door at opendoorkit.com has its own privacy notice.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. When you ask for an AI Starting Plan, request free training for your employees, register for an event or book a call, we receive what you enter, such as your name, work email, company, role, company size and your answers.
• Payment details, through Stripe. When you buy from us, Stripe processes your card. We see that a payment happened and the details needed for the receipt. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time.

Please do not send us passwords, private records or sensitive personal information through our forms.

Analytics and cookies

We use 2 free analytics tools to learn which pages help visitors and which do not. Google Analytics counts visits, the pages viewed and where visitors came from, such as a search engine or an AI assistant. Microsoft Clarity shows where visitors click and how far they scroll, and it records sessions so we can see where a page confuses people. We set Clarity to hide the words on our pages and everything typed into a form, so a recording shows the layout and the clicks, never what you wrote.

Both tools set cookies. Google Analytics sets _ga and a second cookie that starts with _ga_, kept for up to 2 years. Clarity sets _clck and _clsk, and Microsoft may set CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. We use what these tools report only to improve our websites. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and our sites still work. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google explains its practices at policies.google.com/privacy and Microsoft at privacy.microsoft.com.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare what you asked for, and schedule and deliver our services and training.
• To send you information you asked for. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To keep the site running, secure and working well.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our email and calendar tools, our customer records system and Stripe for payments, and only so they can do that work for us. If you are selected for AI Skills Black Belt training, we share what our training partner needs to enroll you. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

AI tools

Some pages, like the AI Starting Plan, build a brief that you copy into your own AI tool. What you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other AI tool is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it for the purpose you shared it for, to serve you as a client, or to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Email abel@5talents.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

Children

This site is for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
