These terms cover your use of 5talents.ai, which is run by 5 Talents Wealth, Inc. ("5 Talents", "we", "us"), a Texas corporation. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services are covered by a separate agreement

This website describes what we do. When you hire 5 Talents for an install, a fractional Chief AI Officer engagement, training or any other paid service, that work is governed by the written agreement we sign with you. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Information on this site

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it is general information about our services and about AI, not advice for your specific situation. 5 Talents does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax or security advice. Examples, results and figures on this site describe what happened in those cases and are not a promise of what will happen in yours.

AI tools and outcomes

5 Talents does not provide cybersecurity protection, guarantee AI behavior, guarantee business outcomes, or control an AI provider's model or policies. You remain responsible for the information you share, who has access, reviewing AI output, the decisions you make, the terms of the AI providers you use, and your own legal obligations.

Using the site

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not try to break into, overload, scrape at scale or interfere with the site or the people who use it.
• Give us accurate information in our forms, and do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Our content

The text, designs, logos, videos and other materials on this site belong to 5 Talents or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of our pages with credit. Please ask before copying or reusing anything more than that.

Links to other sites

We link to other services, such as AI tools, our booking calendar, our podcast and Stripe for payments. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Payments

Prices shown on this site are starting points. The price you pay, what it includes and any refund terms are set in your checkout or your signed agreement.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, 5 Talents is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
